Available -- Services are offered 365/24/7 hours a day, without exception.

Accountability -- MSS is insured. Employee's are accountable and professional employee's must be either registered, licensed or certified by the State of California.

Quality Driven -- All employee's are thoroughly checked for healthcare experience. They are given background checks (including criminal), comprehensive skills testing and screened using a 10 point drug screen.

Employee Status -- Employees can be hired directly by the requesting client or family member under a predetermined contractual agreement. Unlike other companies, each caregiver is an employee of our agency. This means that MSS is responsible for federal and state taxes, worker’s compensation, unemployment and liability insurance, and other reporting requirements—thus, eliminating the burden of such accounting and procedures from our client. Our employees must pass an extensive criminal background and reference check, drug screening, a physical examination (inclusive of vaccinations), and infection control training, before being considered for a position with MSS.
