- Current License Verification
- Annual OSHA and Universal Precautions
- Background/Reference Checks
- TB/Hep B, Drug Screening, and PPD Immunizations
- One Year Clinical Experience in Area of Service
- Signed Conditions of Employment
- Completes a full employment physical inclusive of TB, Titer; (rubella, rubeola,vercella), Urine for Drug Screen (ten Panel);
- Must participate in formal orientation at our company and client sites;
- Participates in on-going training and in-service programs;
- Undergoes OIG history check and credentialing.
- Documentation of OSHA blood borne pathogen training and test
- JCAHO-approved training in universal precautions; fire and electric safety; body mechanics
- Criminal background check
- Documentation of abuse training (if applicable)
- Medical screening and competency requirements are submitted annually

Performance Monitoring:
Frequent communications and on-going review of the MayDay Staffing Solutions, Inc. assignment performance within the client hospital setting to ensure compliance with hospital standards and contractor expectations.
Becoming A MayDay Staffing Solutions Facility:
Please take a moment to complete the facility "Job Order Request". You will be contacted immediately by our staffing coordinator who will follow up on your request. Only after acceptance of a candidate for a specific assignment, does an agreement commence.
The staffing coordinator will also conduct a needs assessment of your facility's current and future staffing requirements. Posted positions will be entered into our web based database so that we can begin presenting you with qualified candidates.
